Everything seemed to have gone great for Mya and Mac when they stayed at Tucker Pup's. We will definitely be looking to bring them back when we need boarding again. And if space opens up, we will be looking to have Mya attend daycare.

I board my lab Sam at Tucker Pup's every time I leave town. Before his first visit, he had never been boarded, and I was nervous about leaving him. But he obviously had a great time, and he came home happy, healthy and exhausted from all the playing. Now I can leave town without worrying a bit, and I know he's happy and well cared for.

I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with the staff at Tucker Pup's. I was able to get a tour of the facility and see exactly where my dog would be staying while I was away. Everyone was enthusiastic and personable and I was able to call to check on my dog to make sure she was doing alright. I will definitely use Tucker Pup's again in the future.

Not sure how much you know about Mugsy but in the past he has displayed leash aggression towards other dogs, which I always thought had to do with the way I handled situations (pulling on leash, getting stressed, etc.) After taking the aggression class taught by Debbie I changed the way I handled situations and did see a difference in Mugsy. After the class, I called to arrange boarding and Colter was fantastic - actually everyone I have spoken with has been great! They explained they deal with this often and if okay with me, they still wanted to try Mugsy in all-day play. I don't remember the name of the person I first spoke with I think it was Ashley, but she explained both situations - all day play and if it turned out Mugsy could not be with other dogs, that he would still be well taken care of.
Every other place that I called, as soon as I said 'Mugsy can be aggressive towards other dogs', they either said (without even meeting him) 'we cannot help you' or 'if he does come to our facility we can keep him in 'solitary confinement' - yes that is the term they used. The place I first brought him to said they were 'working' with Mugsy, but I don't believe that for a minute, especially after just 2 visits to your facility.
Well, turns out Mugsy can play with others and he is a changed dog!! For the first 3 years of Mugsy's life, he was kept chained in a yard. A rescue group rescued him within a day of being sold to a drug testing facility in Michigan. When he came to us, we were told we gave Mugsy a new life. Well, everyone at Tucker Pup's who took the time to meet Mugsy and give him an opportunity to be social has really given him a new life. I cannot say enough how happy I am that I found Tucker Pup's and how happy Mugsy is!

My girlfriend and I have a 7 month old golden-doodle puppy named Newman. Unfortunately Newman has had to endure a couple of tail surgeries in his short time with us. So when it came to boarding him, we were very concerned about finding a reputable and responsible caretaker. Since Newman was fresh off of his second surgery we were very apprehensive about leaving him anywhere due to the special attention that he needed in order to ensure no more harm came to his tail. On a friend's recommendation we chose Tucker Pup's. When we picked Newman up after his short stay, he not only was well on his way to being fully healed but he was 'tuckered' out from all the fun he had with the other dogs.
We have brought Newman to Tucker Pup's every time we have had a need for boarding or doggy daycare since. He gets excited when he sees the Tucker Pup's building and doesn't seem to want to leave when it is time to pick him up. I would recommend Tucker Pup's to anyone who needs such services.

Our teacup Yorkie is an occasional overnight guest at Tucker Pup's, and the handlers are just wonderful with her! We are very grateful for the attention and TLC they give to her in our absence.

Dear Joel and Staff,
I cannot properly thank you in this note for all you have done for Louise these past three nights. Having never stayed at a boarding facility for her three years, I am astounded how she felt right at home at Tucker Pup's. I think being there for daycare certainly was a big factor, but the evenings must have been a little daunting just for the fact it was so new to her. She handled the stay with no adverse effects and came home as if nothing new had occurred. I, on the other hand, was an emotional wreck at saying goodbye and hello. I thank Sara for talking to me on Tuesday and her kind words which took the weight of the world off my shoulders. I thank your entire staff for the beautiful valentine card signed by Sommer, Jillian, Laura and Sara.
If people in Chicago do not use Tucker Pup's, I feel sorry for their pets, because they are missing out on the best daycare, boarding, grooming, and photography facility in the USA, and worst of all they will never meet or know the best owners and staff who treat their clients' pets as if they were their own.
I am honored and privileged to have Louise part of your family.

Our yorkie-poos love Tucker Pup's both for boarding and doggie daycare! They bolt out of the car just to get inside. They come home tired and happy, a good sign that they had a great time. They are clean too!

Maddie and Jake seemed to have a great time at Tucker Pup's! They did both come home very tired but as you say they aren't used to playing that much during the day. They also didn't attack us when they were brought out, like they have at some places. Like they are ready to get the heck out of there. That's a great sign they enjoyed their time!
We appreciated the phone call letting us know about Maddie's pads on her paws. So many places would wait until we picked them up to tell us this and by then it's too late. We took Mel's advice and got some ointment for Maddie's pads and even put some on Jake's as well. It seems to be working so thank you for that as well.
Thank you again for everything and we're so glad that we have found such a great place to bring Maddie and Jake. We feel comfortable leaving them with you when we can't be home to take care of them.

What can I say! We love boarding our dogs with you as well as taking them to day care! they love it. they cry when we pull up and can't wait to get into the room to play! It is very comforting having a place we trust so much to take care of our dogs!

I was more than pleasantly surprised with my boarding experience at Tucker Pup's. Fergie is extremely shy, scared, and fearful of people. I only had her for 6 months (I got her from the rescue organization), and she had bonded with ME, but would not go to anyone else. I had to go on a trip, and I very hesitantly left her. When I came back and picked her up, I was shocked to see her actually running, playing and fetching with the other dogs. She had obviously been very well taken care of, and more importantly was not traumatized. I am so relieved to have found such a remarkable place to leave my dog. The girls who took care of the dogs were SO nice, and truly cared about the dogs. Normally Fergie would have been crouched in a corner. But to see her interacting with the girls and other dogs was truly amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and concerned with making Fergie comfortable. I am sure she probably got extra hugs and kisses, just as if she were home.

From my initial call to ask about services to when I picked them up this morning, your staff has been exceptional: friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. It was also an extra nice touch that your staff called Coco and Winston by name, and seemed to know them by name when we left. It is a great feeling to know your dogs are in the hands of caring and attentive professionals.
The free trial day is a wonderful idea. It put any of my fears to rest. This was Coco and Winston's first time at a dog daycare, and I was uncertain how they would do. They did great, and I know in large part, it is due to your great staff who helped introduce them to the group on the trial day. I also love the idea that I could bring Coco and Winston's beds for their boarding and that they could play during the day while boarding.
I would highly recommend your services to any dog owner and will definitely be using your services again.

Oliver's first boarding experience was a smashing success. From what I hear, he took full advantage of being able to play all day and was certainly tuckered out when he got back home. Jersey's first boarding experience was fabulous! Super easy, and everyone at Tucker Pup's was incredible kind and helpful. and I know Jersey had a great time, because she's been sleeping for pretty much three days straight!
At the tail end of her stay, Jersey was also groomed for the first time ever, and looks (and smells) awesome.

We were very glad to hear that Ragan is a "nice" dog and did not experience much separation anxiety past a few hours. We really like the play time w/ boarding as it is more play w/ other dogs than she would normally get, and she does like to play. Scout had a wonderful 8 day stay at Tucker Pup's - her first time boarding there. The entire experience - drop off to pick up - was organized, friendly, and thorough. All of the staff seemed to know how Scout was doing, and how she had been all week, which is great. We feel exceptionally comfortable leaving Scout at Tucker Pup's when we are out of town - she has as much fun on "vacation" as we do!

We will definitely be bringing Major back for boarding at Tucker Pup's, he came home so wiped out (which Joel had warned us since our dog is VERY playful that he would be exhausted...I have to say i doubted him because our dog never gets tired...but was!). Which was so nice to have a freshly bathed, tired dog which allowed us to relax after a very busy out of town weekend. I was very apprehensive about using a kennel to board Abby based on some previous experiences. Fortunately, Tucker Pup's proved to be a welcoming, warm, nurturing, safe environment.
