I was a Pet Care Specialist at GreenPaws, where I was a dog walker and pet sitter.

Prior professional dog experience:

I am currently a Pet Care Specialist at GreenPaws, as well as a volunteer at PAWS Chicago. Prior to that, I have worked for two other professional pet care businesses. Swifto in New York City, and Doggie Latchkey in Ann Arbor. I have also volunteered with two other shelters: Bideawee in New York City, and Almost Home in Detroit.

My pets:

I have an orange and white tabby cat named Finn, who is 11 years old. He thinks he's a dog, after being raised in a foster home with three of them. He loves to greet me at the door, snuggle in my lap, chase his own tail, and beg for anything I'm eating. His favorite treats are cucumbers! He is the sweetest and silliest kitty, and is great at getting on the good side of everyone he meets... even those who claim to "hate cats."

Favorite breeds:

Bernese Mountain Dogs, retrievers of any kind, and Australian Shepherds.

Favorite activities:

Snuggling animals of any kind, making art, crafting, cooking, gardening, fashion, video games, being near the water, and trivia.

Future career goals:

To one day own and operate an animal sanctuary!

Other interests:

I love a good unsolved mystery or conspiracy theory. Especially if they're rooted in ancient history!
