Boarding Cancellation Policy:
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a $50 fee would be applied. If we do not receive payment in a timely manner, we would charge the most recent card that has been used. If you have paid a deposit and the refund deadline has passed, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Otherwise, if you must cancel a boarding reservation, we ask that you do so as soon as possible so we can give your space to someone else.
Daycare Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a daycare reservation, you must do so at least three days in advance. Otherwise, we would deduct a day from your package, or create an invoice for the cost of the day. By cancelling three days in advance, we have the entire next two days to fill the space. To clarify, if you have a reservation on a Wednesday, you must cancel by Sunday night in order to avoid this fee. If an invoice is created and we do not receive payment in a timely manner, we would charge the card most recently used on your account.
Grooming Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation deadline for a grooming reservation is three days in advance if it includes a bath or haircut. For example, if a reservation is on Wednesday, it must be cancelled by Sunday night. Cancellation includes moving the reservation to a different date.
We would charge a late cancellation fee per dog as follows:
- $40 if the dog is booked for 30 - 60 minutes
- $60 if the dog is booked for 1.5 hours
- $80 if the dog is booked for 2 hours
- $100 if the dog is booked for more than 2 hours
If we do not receive payment in a timely manner for any late cancellation fee, we would charge a card that was most recently used on the account.
New grooming customers must pay a deposit that matches the amounts above. We will discuss the deposit with you before booking your first reservation. We would apply any remaining deposit balance to the invoice.
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Private lessons must be cancelled seven days in advance. Otherwise, we would deduct the lesson from your package. If a payment has been made for the lesson, it would be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if the course is starting within 14 days. Once the course has started, we do not give refunds for reasons such as "my schedule changed" or "my dog is not learning." This is because by giving you a space in the course, we are likely denying it to someone else, and because success depends on the amount of work you invest, plus the personality of your dog.

Social Cancellation Policy:
Enrollment for a social cannot be refunded or transferred once the date of the social is seven or fewer days away.
